Supervises the activities of employees engaged in the stamping activities and liaises with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

Job Requirements

Enforcing safety regulations, demonstrating equipment operations, work, and safety procedures to new employees, and verifying that the processes are completed on time and accurately.
Monitoring and reporting on plating department KPIs, driving actions to close gaps, and supporting continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
Setting expectations, defining employee goals and objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
Training new hires, managing scheduling and work conflicts, monitoring safety, and promoting internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 Years in a similar position
• English advanced
• People management

Functions-Responsabilities:

• Maintenance and repair for plastic injection molds, aluminum injection molds, cutting dies and forming dies.
• Establish and follow up preventive routines in molds and dies (die Cast) to ensure the quality of the products and the maintenance of the processes.
• Consult, review and approve 3D drawings of dies, molds and spare parts.
• Manage Tool Room and Mold maker Technicians.
• Manage and administer spare parts.
• Coordinates improvement activities in toling, molds, dies.
• Provides support to Manufacturing engineering areas in the manufacture of fixtures.
• Adopt and promote the preventive measures and Health and Safety procedures established by the Company to avoid accidents or illnesses.
• Participate in the implementation and development of the Company's Management Systems, Certifications and Programs.
• Perform any other activity required by your Supervisor or Manager.

Technical competencies:

• Knowledge Plastic injection molding.
• Knowledge EPDM injection molding.
• Programming and adjustment of JING DAY, DESMA Molding Machines.
• Knowledge in diagnosis and optimization of Stamping Dies.
• Knowledge in KPI management and continuous improvement for Stamping Dies.
