Job Overview
Administration of resources assigned, Achievement of KPI assigned: Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, TEOA and others. Continuos Improvement implementation, training programs for his personnel, implement TE Values, as well as the requirements of the quality management system, environmental, specific client and corporate requirements.
Job Requirements

- Coordinate and supervise the team of trainers for the development of operational training processes.
- Develop annual training plans and coordinate internal or external courses as required.
- Ensure compliance with legal training requirements.
- Develop and update job descriptions.
- Implement and coordinate of the open education and scholarship system.
- Development of career path direct labor.
- Ensure the recording of training and certification of operations activities in internal and external databases as required.
- Provide induction for new hirings and other courses as required.
- Attend to internal and external audits to comply with training requirements and propose and implement corrective actions derived from them.
- Adopt and promote the preventive measures and Health and Safety procedures established by the Company to avoid accidents or illnesses.
- Participate in the implementation and development of the Company's Management Systems, Certifications and Programs.

Requirements
Education: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ENGINNERING OR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR SIMILAR
Languages: ENGLISH 80%
Minimum Experience: 5-8 YEARS IN A SIMILAR POSITION
