Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

El puesto solicitado deberá realizar seguimientos a plan de producción, calidad, seguridad, Scrap, control de inventarios, manejo de materiales, mantenimientos autónomos, seguimiento a mantenimiento herramental, set up, seguimiento al personal, mejora continua. Apoyará en lanzamiento y arranque de línea de producción.
•    Escolaridad: Ingeniería Preferentemente
•    Experiencia mínima de 3 años en Manufactura de arneses.
•    Experiencia en corte de cables, desforre, remache, conectores, pruebas eléctricas.
•    Soldadura ultrasónica.
•    Experiencia en moldeo & sobre moldeo de inyección de plástico.
•    Inglés: Intermedio, 
•    Paquetería Office 
•    Como Plus: Certificación IPC-WHMA-A-620
Liderazgo, Manejo de personal, Trabajo en equipo, Proactividad y enfoque en resultados.
