SAP SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ANALYST III
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated SAP Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team in Juarez, Mexico. This role will support various manufacturing facilities across the region with data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and operational enhancements. Reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Manager AMAS, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Data Analysis & Reporting
-Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from multiple factories.
-Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
-Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data-driven analyses.
2.Process Improvement
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in supply chain processes.
-Propose and implement solutions to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
-Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
3.System Optimization (SAP)
-Analyze and evaluate supply chain parameters and settings in SAP
-Identify and implement optimization opportunities in SAP to enhance system performance and alignment with operational needs.
-Support supply chain teams in troubleshooting SAP-related issues, make recommendations and provide training, as necessary.
4.Planning Tools Development
-Design and implement custom tools and templates to enhance planning processes in factories (e.g., Excel models, Power BI dashboards).
-Automate repetitive tasks and create user-friendly solutions to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
-Ensure alignment of planning tools with overall supply chain strategies and manufacturing operations.
5.Support for Supply Chain Projects
-Collaborate with plant and regional teams on supply chain optimization projects.
-Assist in inventory management, demand forecasting, and production planning initiatives.
-Support digitalization and automation projects within the supply chain.
Qualifications
•University degree
•Proven experience in supply chain, data analysis, or a similar role.
•Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
•Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP (e.g., MM, PP, SD modules).
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
•Familiarity with lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
•Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and metrics.
