Job Requirements
- Developing improvement proposals based on the analysis of worker utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as process flowcharts and production schedules.
- Performing final inspection of the finished products and informing senior leadership on the type and status of identified improvement actions that can be used in future projects.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for the adoption of standard operating procedures and leading workshops for the implementation of continuous improvement systems at multiple manufacturing locations.
- Conducting surveys, personnel interviews, site visits, and business analysis to implement change and continuous improvement methods.

Responsible for identifying, planning and implementing the Lean manufacturing culture in the organization, as well as training personnel in the field of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience in people management
- English advanced
Functions-Responsabilities:
- Analyze, document, propose and manage the implementation of continuous improvement actions in production processes and support departments, as well as personnel.
- Active Participation in Tier,1,2,3,4 & gemba sefety walks
- Participate & present best practicess to all TEAO leaders meeting
- 5s+1 Implementation in all plant
- Biweekly review of TEOA status progress.
- Follow up to Improvement ideas in the plant
- Monthly Score card update in TEOA system.
- Participate in the implementation and development of the Company's X Matrix Management Systems & Programs.
- Participate in the implementation and development of the Company's Management Systems, Certifications and Programs.
