Ensure proper planning of work and spare parts to maximize continuity of operation of both building and machinery resulting in the least downtime and maximizing operating costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 Years in a similar position.
- English advanced.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic Control Systems
- Knowledge of PLC Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens
- Legal framework in Safety of Facilities and Maintenance activities
Functions-Responsabilities:
- Manage the different departments under his charge (Building Maintenance, MRO area, TPM and Housekeeping) and achieve the objectives indicated by the company.
- Ensure the continuous operation of the building and its related equipment for the normal operation of production and ancillary activities.
- Lead and transmit the company's approach to their direct supervisors in order to meet the established goals.
- Direct and execute layout changes, expansions, equipment installation, etc.
- Monitors costs related to consumption of services, suggests alternatives and program cost to reduce usage.
- It is responsible for the quality of the product produced as it relates to this function.
- It is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for its staff, contractors and visitors.
- Review the operation of equipment, building and related systems on an ongoing basis, minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Managing and determining the use of outside contractors to do work that is beyond the capacity of internal resources or that time is a constraint.
