Job Overview

Supports assembly of various products per established facility processes including set-up, calibration, testing, maintenance, and production operation.

Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Temporary role
  • Implements product manufacturing, assembling and testing utilizing various instruments, in accordance with standard processes.
  • Collaborate with other first-line technicians to resolve operation difficulties and assign resources.
  • Adheres to blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure specifications are achieved.
  • Maintains facility stability in working processes through daily upkeep, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Layout guarding, operate a band saw, hand tools, and measurement tools in a safe manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of guard installations, modifications, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with production teams to schedule guarding initiatives and minimize downtime.
  • Support lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during guarding services.
  • Ability to work towards completion of projects within defined schedules
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
  • 3D printing skills a plus.

What your background should look like

High school Diploma/GED required.

 Experience working in mechanical or manufacturing environment preferred.

Vo-Tech graduates encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $41,200 – $61,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
