Your main tasks:

  • Monitor demand vs. plan performance (forecast accuracy, billings vs. projection) and provide insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Support demand forecasting by region and product based on market trends and stakeholder feedback.
  • Use tools (IBP, SAP, Email) to ensure effective data management and communication.
  • Maintain and update MRP settings and safety stock levels in line with policy and demand trends.
  • Collaborate with Supply, Master Scheduling, and Planning teams on demand-related topics.
  • Assist in preparing materials for regular review meetings (MBR, PLP).
  • Partner with Customer Supply Chain to improve customer forecasts and delivery performance.
  • Provide data and analytical support for projects (e.g., migrations, new product launches, PFO analysis).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.

Your ideal background:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Economics, Controlling, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI, Business Informatics).
  • Strong numerical and analytical mindset with an affinity for data.
  • Basic professional experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus.
  • Good understanding of supply chain concepts (Demand Planning, MPS, S&OP, MRP).
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of macros and analytical tools (e.g., SAP, IBP, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with forecasting methods and statistical/data analysis concepts.
  • Strong data management and business analysis skills.
  • Structured, reliable, and team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment (APICS certification is a plus).
