Job Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce and Sales Technologies, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Salesforce and other sales technologies to optimize and streamline business processes. You will work together with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and IT professionals to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring the successful implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep knowledge  of sales processes, excellent analytical skills, and expertise in Salesforce.

Primary Responsibilities: 
•    Salesforce Business Analyst who specializes in defining business requirements for Salesforce implementations to deliver capabilities/solutions on the Salesforce platform in an agile way.
•    Work together with business stakeholders to recognize and document business processes, objectives, and requirements related to their technology needs.
•    Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed and comprehensive business requirements.
•    Act as the subject matter expert for digital sales and marketing technology platforms, providing guidance and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
•    Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities to design and implement solutions that align with business goals.
•    Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
•    Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications. 
•    Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
•    Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solution designs.
•    Ensure that documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and other business units, to ensure alignment and team work on projects.
•    Participate in the development of prototypes or proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions.
•    Act as voice of the end-user; have a deep knowledge  of and respond to customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined; ensure teamwork product meets defined acceptance criteria.
•    Inform and participate in business readiness; recognize the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance.
•    Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.
•    Allocate best practices across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in ways of working within a value stream.
•    Adopt an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment, promoting positive team culture, encouraging team work and self-organization.

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Proven experience (8+ years) in enterprise systems analysis, with a focus on supporting digital sales and marketing teams in a manufacturing environment.
•    Strong expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Demand Base), CPQ
•    Experience with Sales Enablement tools and digital marketing analytics platforms.
•    Experience with Genesys, Call Miner and Yellow. Al
•    Project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex technology projects from inception to completion.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work together effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving issues.
•    Strong agile methodology background with Jira knowledge.
•    Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Automation certifications, or Business Analysis (ECBA or CCBA or CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $93,280  – 139,920 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
