Job Summary:  
The Information Solutions division of TE Connectivity (TEIS) is a 1,400 person global organization supporting all facets of Technology services of TE.  This position is for an IT Business Analyst in the TEIS Project Management Excellence (PMX) Team. PMX focuses on disciplined execution, strategic partnership with the business, and a focus on digital value delivery to work at pace, simplify how we deliver projects and empower our teams with tools and processes as we run IT as a business within the business. Within PMX, the PMX Operations Team is focused on delivering tools and processes that empower project managers and our IT leaders to accelerate business growth and productivity across TE. The candidate for this position will need strong communications, technical writing and analytical skills and can bring value and improvements to all focus areas our team supports. The successful IT Business Analyst must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and to influence others in pursuit of stated objectives. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:  
•    Gain hands-on experience managing your own projects that directly support organizational goals, giving you the chance to develop leadership and project management skills early in your career.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business challenges and design innovative IT and process-driven solutions. 
•    Identify improvement opportunities and contribute technical expertise to define system requirements, ensuring scalable and cost-effective solutions. 
•    Support and maintain applications that drive critical IT business processes, including financial forecasting, demand management, internal billing, and customer feedback reporting. 
•    Configure system settings and execute thorough testing—unit, integration, and acceptance—to deliver reliable, high-quality IT solutions. 
•    Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives to explore and implement new IT opportunities that enhance business performance. 

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:  
•    Exposure or experience in Project, Program & Portfolio Management focusing on Waterfall/Agile Methodologies, or project management in a hybrid environment is desired
•    Exposure or experience in any development or data analytics / reporting platforms such as (.NET (including .NET core), Angular, REACT, SharePoint (including SPFX), Power Bi, SQL Server, Oracle) is desired but not required

 

Educational Required/Desired:  
•    Bachelors in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Project Management preferred, MS/MBA candidates welcome
•    Basic knowledge of process improvement tools (Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Developing Standard Work, etc.) a plus
•    CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMi-PgMP, CSM, CSPO or any project management micro-certifications a plus
•    AI experience and/or micro-certification in AI optional

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $65,600-98,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
