What your background should look like

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Hybrid Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts serviced through TTI and developing new business opportunities within the Mexico and South America markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a customer-facing sales role (5+ years preferred).
  • Advanced conversational English/Spanish
  • Experiencie with SAP and sales force is a plus
  • Experience with electronics manufacturing or distribution is a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Driven: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling and cold calling.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a charismatic, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to speak Portuguese is a bonus  
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including SFDC software, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Adaptability: Ability to transition smoothly between high-volume desk-based sales and in-person customer visits/ technical training.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Main Customer Contact for TTI: Initiate and receive calls/emails to/from existing and potential customers manage PO’s, invoices, escalations, expediates, logistics, etc.
  • Branch & Customer visits / Trainings: Travel to customer & TTI branch sites to build rapport, conduct product demonstrations, assess needs, and solve problems.
  • Account Management: Develop and retain long-term relationships with current accounts in your territory and increase customer loyalty (through POP and POS)
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in SFDC and drive accountability with DMM organization.
  • Portfolio Preparation: partnering with Product Management and pricing teams to ensure portfolio readiness, strategic pricing and investment packages
  • Order Management: Main POC for customer care/ materials planning teams on order management and providing updates to Account Manager & Distribution Partner.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within Mexico and Brazil.
  • Manage monthly reporting on POP, POS, Customer Count and TERP for Americas (NA and SA) and separately for your territory (Mexico and South America)
