This position is within Digital Data Networks business unit under Industrial solutions segment. The team complements and supplements activities of broader sales team and contributes to business critical KPIs including POS and TERP growth through sales execution activities. Most importantly helping the customer and winning with customers.
Your main tasks:
- Own OEM accounts fulfilled by channel that drive channel pipeline and channel POS to grow the indirect business sales YoY.
- Drive and deliver execution on DDN product pipeline and TERP(2 Yr pipeline) conversion.
- Responsibilities include building relationships with channel partners and customers, presenting product information, negotiating sales, and closing deals
- Interlock with internal teams including sales, PM, channel sales and other function to prioritize and align on execution priorities.
- With a growth mindset engage with channel partners to align and drive application roadmaps for the target customers to grow DDN application portfolio with these customers
- Participate in broader regional and BU strategies to drive actions that are important for the regional team to succeed for any particular FY.
- Track territory progress and plan the activities/initiatives required to grow the assigned territory along with the stakeholders(sales, PM, pricing, channel BU and leadership teams).
- Ensure to keep channel partners aligned, connected and focused on must win projects and customers.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor’s technical or business degree preferred.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a technical environment and digital/inside sales
- Confident use of technical German and English languages (both verbal and written) is required.
- Demonstrates problem solving skills, influencing abilities, and ability to provide effective feedback.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to initiate, organize, and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates ability to share creative and new ideas.
- Consultative selling experience desired
- Relevant product or industry experience a plus
- Team player, critical thinker, self-motivator, and ability to maintain a proactive positive attitude.
