Job Overview

Supports logistics processes, activities, and customers for all modes of transportation.

Job Requirements

  • Analyzing logistics plans and identifying opportunities for distribution quality improvement.
  • Coordinating the stock relocations and transfers related to the operations of logistics networks; assisting in the arrangement of logistics staff rotational schedule.
  • Helping optimize shipments between distribution centers and customers and facilitate communication of transportation operations between carriers, suppliers and partners.
  • Coordinating procedures across functions for the distribution and inventory management to ensure the execution of daily shipment plan and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service, efficiency improvement and cost saving.

Responsabilities

  • Supervise daily cycle count activities in alignment with company policies.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance of cycle count team members.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of cycle counts based on established schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
  • Analyze root causes of inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all cycle count results, adjustments, and reports.
  • Coordinate annual physical inventory events as required.
  • Follow and enforce TE regulations & TE EHS policies.
  • Train and coach staff in proper inventory handling procedures.
  • Monitor daily inventory accuracy KPIs and report performance metrics to management.
  • Assist in implementing inventory control system improvements and process enhancements.

What your background should look like

  • BS in Industrial Engineering and/or related to Logistics.
  • At least 3 years of experience and practitioner in the field of Logistics.
  • Must have experience and background in Logistics Execution and Cycle Count as a plus.
  • SAP knowledge, advanced Excel Skills
  • Proficient in English verbal and written.
  • Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
  • Strong teambuilding skills with a 3PL warehouse team to achieve exceptional results through team interaction and effective cross-group collaboration.
  • Demonstrated personal leadership of cross-functional teams, demonstrating organizational and management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to analyze data and use critical thinking to reach logical conclusions and decisions. Results oriented. Relies on fact-based logic for decisions-making.
