Job Overview

The Sr Manufacturing Engineer will support the assembly area (existing & new process activities). 
The primary focus will be on the improvement of existing process with strong emphasis on the scrap reduction, manufacturing process and automation projects.
He will be ensuring the use the lean manufacturing principles tools, also he will work together with the rest of the support area to implement Kaizen event.

What your background should look like

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Champion process, procedure, and documentation changes through lean activities.
  • Reduce scrap using the process improvements tool such as QCO, QCPC and Layout optimization.
  • Identify and lead six sigma projects required for assy areas.
  • Generate and maintain the integrity of the process documentation.
  • Manage capital project efficiently to complete on time.
  • Find and coordinate automation opportunities.
  • Implement savings project according to the goal of company.


  • Industrial or Mechanical engineer bachelor degree required
  • 3 to 5 years in manufacturing environment supporting production and new product introduction – Assembly
  • Fully bilingual English-Spanish.
  • Self-directed individual able to deliver solutions.
  • Lean Manufacturing is a must.
