Job Overview

TE Connectivity's HR Operations Teams develop, deliver, and improve HR processes and programs through continuous improvement and evaluation efforts, technology solutions and centralized shared services. They implement Human Resources policy at the country or regional level partnering with management to drive company wide programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

In alignment with Operations priorities and the company’s HR objectives, policies, and practices, the HumanResource Analyst will be responsible for support and focused set of human resources activities in the areas of leadership, organization development,employee relations, employee engagement, talent management, change management and communications. The rol is focus in improve organization and will support the operations leaders as a strategic partner. The position supports operations requirements.The HR Analyst should strive to achieve Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) as an ultimate result. This positionwill closely collaborate with other pillars of the HR operating model.


  • Bachelor degree as professional in field related to HR
  • experience of 4 yrs in HR positions
  • Bilingue at 90% (english)
  • Proactive, innovator, consulting and colaborative skills

  • Background in development and HR projects
