Job Overview
Manages IT solutions and operational activities and oversees strategic planning, procurement, implementation, security, and processes.
Job Requirements
- Troubleshooting and remediating issues, overseeing the daily operations of the IT operations department, and ensuring the security of the IT systems, data, and backup.
- Developing and managing the budgets, procurement of the equipment, coordinating the resources for different projects, and preparing reports for the stakeholders.
- Defining, monitoring, and utilizing project methodology, participants, deliverables, accountabilities, and associated metrics to assess project performance and return on investment.
- Leading team coordination and communications, serving as a subject matter expert, designing, strategizing, and implementing process improvements.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
