Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Responsabilities:
Achieve the existing position inside the organization to be cover with the proper personnel for each position available, through the develop and implementation of update methodologies, in such matter that the company count with the most qualified human resources, according to the expansion strategies of the TE Connectivity Medical business unit.

Essential functions:
• Immediately reports injuries to management.
• Alignment of corporate and local HR strategies and practices with business strategy.
•Guarantee the existing safety industrial and health conditions plus occupational health optimum for the develop of the activities in the company, establishing the systems, programs and necessarily activities that involve and make conscience the total of the population, according to the requirements and corporative policies in the matter, same as the rules and regulatory government linings.
• Accomplish that the organization finds an adequate system of salary and compensation for their personnel, going through a design and implementation of techniques, and tools according to the time maintain an adequate tabular structure for the personnel that promote their growth and competition. Administrate the evaluation system, with the final purposes to warranty that the results of individual actions to be consider for any possible revise or increment of salary.
• Promote and maintain an organization climate free of hassle, productive and motivator, generate needed policies to the fomentation of harmony in the labor relationships, solving conflicts for the understanding and the good practice of ethics and organization values.
• Achieve the optimum result in the implementation and develop of all formation programs, training and develop of human resources of the company, through the application of models, systems, and new technologies, that allow the personnel to perfection their ability, talent, acknowledgment and needed attitude for their growth and at the same time of the company.
• Advice the areas for the adequate rules, instructions and corrective actions, together with the interpretation of the policies and rules of general application within TE Connectivity Medical.
• Reviews recommendations for disciplinary actions and terminations and ensures involvement of appropriate personnel prior to action(s).
• Provide to the directives assessor, counsel and coaching in all programs, activities, and projects, that impact to human resources and that are in favor of productivity and optimization of the job and its results.
• Manages annual department plan and budget.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Industrial relations or related.
• English language to 90% speaking and writing.
• 5 years experience in similar position in transnational companies
• Strong knowledge of labor relations, Country Labor Law, Social Security Law.
• Administration of compensation, organizational development.
• Recruiting and selection of personnel.
• Training system implantation.
• Ability to develop motivational programs, effective presentations, numeric analysis, conciliate, flexible, generate changes.

Personnel to supervise:
• HR Business Partner.
• Payroll Supervisor.
• Interns / Contractors.
• Cleaning.

Management or Executive authority:
• Authority to train, discipline, coach and mentor his/her direct reports.
• This position has the authority to delegate or assign work and hire employees,
• Authority to negotiate contracts terms with local Human Resources and Training consultants.
• Also has functional authority to allow other peers or Managers to direct specific processes, practices or policies affecting people in other departments.
