Job Overview

Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team.

What your background should look like:

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Lead the process to accomplish rolling standard cost, forecast an annual budget
  • Analyze Financial and Cost results, actual vs budget (reconciliations, comments and justifications, monthly, quarterly and annual variations)
  • Perform monthly and quarter close responsibilities including preparation of accruals, variance analysis, reporting and audit support
  • Lead the process to review actual, analyze variances, identify trends and provide recommendations to drive forecast execution
  • Approach, execute and follow-up the initiatives for continuous improvement & Interns control

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / business administration
  • Advanced English level
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms (preferably SAP).
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in the medical industry.
