Job Overview

Responsible for the governance of the conversion and material savings pipeline. Working with different Core Teams and Functional teams to deliver the goals for the site.  Responsible for creating, improving and providing training on the basic operational standards of the line: line balance, time studies, layout governance, hr by hr, staffing plans, cross training matrix, operation standard work and other operational visual standards.
Work together with TEOA Tool owners to identify & deploy kaizen events aligned to the business requirements.

Job Requirements

Requirements 

• Industrial Engineer Degree
• Bilingual English Intermediate
• Certificación en Lean (Desirable)
• 1- 3 of experience in medical industry 

Must Have:

• Knowledge on savings calculations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point,
• Basic knowledge in Power BI, Power Automate or alike.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills, proactive and good teamwork skills.

• Lead cost saving projects

• Work together with the Core Teams and Functional Teams to deliver the goals for the site.
• Create, improve, provide training and maintain across the site, the line balance, layout governance and the operational visual standards.
• Support cost saving projects across the company.
• Detect and lead improvement and cost saving opportunities.
• Work together with the TEOA practitioners, line leaders, core team members and other key SMEs on TEOA Kaizens and trainings.
• Report on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis the status of the pipeline against the goal and a specific plan to achieve it.
• Train the organization’s teams in TEOA and Continuous Improvement tools. For example: 5S, TPM, Value Stream Mapping, among others.
• Reports periodically progress on TEOA assigned tools and metrics.
