Senior Manager Product Pricing (Remote)

Job Overview

The Business Unit Pricing Leader is responsible for providing vision, leadership, strategic focus, operational management and for the talent development of the Business Unit Pricing Team which they are responsible for. The Pricing Leader is also responsible for customer margin/profitability management and for driving the development of and implementation of the Business Unit’s pricing strategy across multiple product lines, customers, markets, and segments. The Business Unit Pricing Leader will be a key developer of Pricing talent and expertise across the business unit within the Pricing function and other Commercial functions including Product Management and Sales.
Key Tasks:
•    Develop and implement pricing strategies and models for multiple global product lines and market segments
•    Monitor overall customer profitability and price realization, identify customer margin and price maximization opportunities and drive recommendations for the business unit for margin improvement actions across multiple product lines, customers and customer segments
•    Drive the adoption of the pricing strategy and models while ensuring the proper processes and tools are in place to support the implementation and monitoring of the business unit’s pricing strategy
•    Lead a global team of product pricing and agreement pricing analysts
•    Drives the process to review impact and effectiveness of pricing implementation with product management, sales and finance teams to ensure consistent execution. This includes monthly reporting and explanation of key pricing metrics and customer and product margin analytics
•    Works with product management and other stakeholders to establish annual pricing plan, TAM analysis, the tying of pricing to business objectives, the establishment of pricing objectives and P&L views of pricing plans
•    Work with product management, finance, sales on large complex deal pricing, special customer programs, and managing business unit customer rebate programs
•    Uses short and long term market and competitive insights to adopt and implement pricing strategies to optimize margins and revenue
•    Performs managerial responsibilities, including, but not limited to: making employment decisions, conducting appraisals, and developing and coaching direct reports
•    Owns the monthly and or Pricing QBR meetings for the Business Unit and the pricing interface between functions

•    Hands on experience utilizing SAP

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $140,400 - $162,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
