Job Overview

 

TE Connectivity's Digital Strategy team is responsible for 1-3 year strategic digital roadmap (including TE.com, eCommerce, third-party marketplaces, mobile, self-service, emerging technologies and the digital ecosystem partnerships), developing digital budgets, and driving ROI and change management, prioritizing the annual roadmap to create value for TE and establish accurate budget forecasts.  They establish the digital vision and own the e-commerce platform in line with the overall TE strategic vision to evolve an existing digital framework and define new capabilities across regions and devices by gathering internal and external insights, investigating data and understanding the business strategy. They ensure TE’s e-commerce strategy evolves and is aligned with TE’s overarching growth objectives, aligns with stakeholders for the launch of various cross-functional products/features. Being a member of the Digital Strategy team requires experience with enterprise-level platforms and technologies including user profile management, ecommerce systems, content management platforms, product catalog platforms, messaging platforms and experience with web analytics software such as Google analytics/Adobe.

 

Digital Marketing in the ICT BU has made significant progress in becoming a strategic partner for growth. It has gone through tremendous changes in its approach and organization. The ICT business unit offers different go to market routes for their customers, one of them being selling through LADD entities. LADD aims at being the supplier of choice for commercial vehicles customers. In order to do so, we envision creating a dedicated e-commerce platform and ensuring its promotions and perenity. Much of the work is fundational including setting the strategy, developing the system through third-party vendors, developing campaigns tied to growth objectives, create and optimize online shopping capabilities, partnering with the Center team etc.
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager who can create the vision, communicate it across stakeholders and enable its realization through owned execution. This role reporting to the Digital Manager, has a direct impact on the ICT P&L and engage directly with various senor leaders and executive team members across our organization.

 

The LADD Digital Project Manager will use digital marketing skills and technologies to develop and implement a strategy to reach online customers and prospects in B2B segments. You will work with the PM team and the LADD GM on defining the right product bag for our target audience, collect everything required to populate the platform accordingly, ensure the right merchandising and drive an intuitive, engaging, relevant and integrated online experience that drives revenue and leads for the LADD E-commerce business and strengthens customer loyalty for the LADD brand. The LADD Digital Project Manager will be responsible for collaboration across functions, management of E-commerce marketing calendars and budgets as well as third party agency relationships and execution, ensuring that the online experience aligns with TE’s brand identity and messaging framework

 

What your background should look like:


•Thorough understanding of B2B marketing practices
•Rich content experiences (including video) and content marketing in support of ecommerce
•Solid knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies (all channels).
•Email marketing and nurturing strategy/capabilities associated with ecommerce
•Demonstrated agency partner and marketing budget management.
•Excellent relationship management, presentation and communications skills that establish trust, credibility and respect
•Strong hands-on experience and comfort level personally using mar-tech platforms – Eloqua, AEM, Adobe Analytics, etc.
•Shopping engine and marketplace placements and advertising
•Ability to work with minimal supervision
•Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment
•Experience with checkout/payment methods, marketplaces, and mobile commerce.
•Experience with A/B and multivariant testing.
•Experience with web analytics software such as Google analytics/Adobe.
•Although not a technical position, experience and a broad understanding of IT is required

 

•Bachelor's Degree with a focus on eCommerce, digital or business.
•10+ years in a digital strategy role including 3+ years on eCommerce including creative, paid search, email, display advertising, affiliate and social channels.
•Analytical competency and ability to work with data
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe marketing tools, including experience with content publishing, CRM, required.
•Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and conducting in depth analyses around audience segmentation, funnel analyses, and campaign analytics.
•eCommerce and online sales / demand generation experience required.
•Previous experience in multiple aspects of web or digital marketing, including following trends and industry players.
•Strong reporting and analytics skills with ability to synthesize complex data points into simple, business-focused recommendations.
•Skilled writer and communicator with experience writing marketing content.
•Experience in B2B marketing including creative agency management, messaging and value proposition development.
•Experience working with external agencies.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
•Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and teams.
•Self-directed and able to meet multiple deadlines and adjust to shifting priorities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand technical information.
•International experience and personality geared toward I&D – effective listening skills are critical to change management
•Previous global and management experience is preferred.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $159,400 – $179,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
