What your background should look like:

Working in the Middletown PA Corporate Technology Materials group, the successful candidate will contribute to new 3D polymer materials and process developments. They will be expected to:

  • Be familiar with relevant aspects of polymer engineering, materials or simulation approaches.
  • Support evaluations of process capabilities and material properties
  • Document findings in Powerpoint / Word
  • Contribute to ideation for development projects.
  • Share project findings in team presentations

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications:   

The candidate should:

  • Be familiar with materials processing / characterization operations
  • Have be able to maintain effective project documentation
  • Be capable of working collaboratively within a team environment
  • Be a 3rd/4th year or Graduate student in Chemistry / Materials Science
  • Have research experience applying polymer science / engineering / simulation methodologies, preferably with working knowledge of 3D printing processes
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in Major
Internship Program Overview
