Supply Chain Analyst Intern

Job Overview

As a Supply Chain Analyst intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work with Trade Compliance & buyers to secure COO from suppliers in-regards to PCWF 
  • Work with TC & suppliers to train and load COO into the supplier portal
  • Work with regional sites to support tracking of lead time accuracy
  • Work with regional sites to support in supplier portal standard work 
  • Work with regional sites to train suppliers on the supplier portal use and access 
  • Work with regional sites buyer/planners/sourcing to increase use of supplier portal 
  • Supply chain global team support where needed in reports and data analysis

What your background should look like:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College for the duration of the Internship
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Program, preferred Major(s): Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Operations Management
  • Experienced with Excel
  • MRP systems experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)


This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).   Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.   


This position is located at our Hampton, VA site.
