Job Overview
Campus Systems Quality Supervisor responsible for leading a team of direct reports to ensure compliance to AS9100 requirements on the Hampton campus as well as work with the Site Quality Manager to standardize our practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a culture of compliance to AS9100 requirements through development of an internal auditing team as well as administering Corrective Action Requests for root cause analysis and corrective action for quality system non-conformances.
- Lead a team of technicians to enforce our requirements to AS9100.
- Work with Customer Quality community to implement customer specific requirements on product manufactured at the Hampton campus.
- Provide guidance to the value streams for change control decisions relative to compliance and customer notification. Work as a leader in the PDM Link application.
- Support improvement initiatives on the Hampton campus as it relates to implementation of our quality system.
What your background should look like:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field to Quality in a sensors manufacturing environment along with at least 3-5 years of experience in the industry.
- Excellent presentation skills in addition to written and verbal communication skills required.
- AS9100 lead auditor certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Shainin Red X Journeyman a plus.
- Strong knowledge in APQP documentation integrity preferred.
- Working knowledge of sensors assembly processes a plus.
- Good computer skills with a working knowledge of SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be proficient in the English language

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $79,400- $ 119,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
