TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Job Overview
This role provides PMO and operational support to the HR function across China and APAC, covering HR communications and awards, data management and reporting, conferences and events, and HR project delivery. The role works with key stakeholders to ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
•       HR Communication & Awards: Develop and publish HR communications, including newsletters, presentations, campaigns, digital content, and coordinate HR award nomination, selection, approval, and announcement processes.
•       HR Data Management & Reporting: Collect, update, validate, and report HR data, including KPIs, APEC-related information, and organization charts.
•       HR Conferences & Events: Plan and coordinate HR conferences, workshops, and networking events, including agendas, logistics, materials, activities and follow-up actions.
•       HR Project Support: Support HR projects from planning through implementation by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and tracking actions, timelines, risks, deliverables and change management support.
Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent experience.
•    6+ years of experience in HR, corporate communications, or a related field, with a good understanding of core HR functions and processes.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, levels, and cultures.
•    Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing, presentation, and visual judgment.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools, hands-on experience with social media, digital content, and multiple media formats, such as print, web, audio, and video, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with solid data analysis and reporting capabilities.
•    Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
•    HR project management experience is preferred.
