HR Partner III provides expertise in workforce management, recruitment, labor law compliance, employee relations, and expatriate administration. The role collaborates closely with leaders and employees to drive effective workforce planning, ensure legal compliance, attract and retain talent, and foster a positive employee experience that supports organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Workforce Management (30%)
· Develop workforce plans aligned with operational and business needs.
· Monitor workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and productivity.
· Prepare workforce reports and manpower analytics for management review.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (20%)
· Lead end-to-end recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers for Band 6 hiring including internship. · Develop recruitment strategies to meet workforce requirements in a timely manner.
· Monitor recruitment eƯectiveness, hiring outcomes, and onboarding progress.
· Support employer branding and maintain relationships with universities, government agencies, and recruitment partners.
3. Work Permit & Visa Administration (10%)
· Manage work permit and visa processes for expatriates, including applications and related documentation.
· Coordinate with government agencies, Immigration, BOI, IEAT, and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
4. Labor Law & HR Compliance (20%)
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
· Support labor inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by maintaining required documentation.
· Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and business alignment.
· Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.
5. Employee Relations (20%)
· Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
· Investigate employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases while ensuring fairness and compliance.
· Promote positive employee relations, engagement, and organizational culture.
· Facilitate confl ict resolution and provide recommendations on employee-related issues.
Job Specification
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Psychology, or related field.
· Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Partner experience.
· Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance.
· Experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and expatriate administration.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Good command of English and Thai, both written and verbal.
· Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
