Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Responsabilidades

    1. Atención al personal en diversas necesidades y revisión de casos problema
    2. Conocimiento de IMSS, LFT, Infonavit, Fonacot
    3. Acciones de mejora para clima y cultura organizacional
    4. Relaciones sindicales
    5. Cumplimiento en tiempo y forma según lo que establece la estructura de Juntas de TIERS
    6. Soporte y aplicación de compromisos Posteriores a la Negociación
    7. Planeación, Negociación y Ejecución de separación de la fuerza laboral
    8. Gestionar la flexibilidad necesaria para cumplir los compromisos de producción (ej. Cambios de horarios, cambios de producción)
    9. Atención directa al empleado en piso de producción

What your background should look like:

Educación:

Licenciatura en Psicología industrial, Recursos Humanos, Administración o afín y/o  experiencia que le acredite

 

Experiencia:

4 años  de experiencia en

1.           Recursos Humanos

2.           Reclutamiento y selección de personal

3.           Relaciones laborales

4.           Servicios a personal

5.           Relaciones sindicales

6.           Negociaciones            

 

Conocimientos en

1. Ley Federal del Trabajo

2. Investigación y Documentación de casos                          

3. Comunicación efectiva    

4. Previsión de Demandas   

5. Negociación
