Job Overview

The HR Partner I supports a positive and productive workplace by managing employee relations, benefits administration, welfare programs, and well‑being activities. The role ensures smooth communication, accurate HR operations, and timely handling of employee concerns while contributing to policy compliance, engagement initiatives, and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

General HR

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries on policies, workplace concerns, and benefits.
  • Support corrective and preventive action plans for ER cases.
  • Maintain workplace rules, legal postings, and bulletin boards.
  • Prepare ER reports (grievance, disciplinary cases, absenteeism, health dashboards).
  • Coordinate procurement for HR-related services and events.
  • Support HR projects: policy updates, audits, and standardization initiatives.

Benefits

  • Manage benefit enrollment, changes, and termination processes.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claim and billing issues.
  • Prepare monthly benefit utilization reports.
  • Verify medical certificates and benefit documents for compliance.
  • Support special leave processes (hospitalization, maternity, compassionate).
  • Assist in annual benefit renewal and communication.
  • Track medical check‑ups and follow up on cases requiring medical clearance.

Welfare

  • Support Welfare Committee activities and improvement tracking.
  • Organize well‑being, mental health, fitness, and engagement programs.
  • Review welfare effectiveness and propose improvements.
  • Use HR data insights to recommend well‑being initiatives.

Communication

  • Draft internal communications: announcements, alerts, newsletters, event updates.
  • Support creation of bilingual (EN/TH) communications.
  • Manage HR Line Official Account and ensure timely responses.
  • Analyze inquiry trends to improve communication.
  • Support town halls, employee briefings, and recognition events.
  • Coordinate digital and multimedia communication materials.

What your background should look like:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR generalist/partner roles.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and standard HR processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Data‑driven approach with basic HR analytics capabilities.
  • High integrity, good judgment, service‑minded, and collaborative.
  • Intermediate English communication.
