Job Overview

This person is responsible for supervising the tasks of a group of IT employees and/or contractors in charge of use and optimize the equipment and the computer systems of the company, it includes the responsibility of offering technical and operative support to the users provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel. This individual will also be a direct link to Digital Factory and lead implementation in the facility. Heavy emphasis on business engagement on customer advocacy, digital factory, and educating users about the IT services and solution. This position will be based at our manufacturing plant in Hermosillo, Sonora with regular exposure to an international team.

What your background should look like:


  • Provides leadership to IT team group.
  • Works to ensure that activities are aligned with strategic plans.
  • Experience with a manufacturing environment, lean manufacturing disciplines, and shop floor systems.
  • Manage multiple projects/assignment.
  • High degree of responsibility focused on customer service
  • Is responsible for safeguarding and managing the company's IT assets.
  • Strategically control the budget of the company mediating the requirements of its client
  • Builds strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas.


  • 2-5 years’ experience on leadership position.
  • Digital Factory Projects management.
  • Pursue the fulfillment of organization objectives. 
  • Optimization of processes.
  • Close cooperation with interfaces within the plant (TEOA, IT, GFS, ME, production).
  • Data analysis, generation of standardized evaluations to give prioritized action recommendations.
  • Advanced level of English.
