Job Overview

As a Project Management Manager in Talent Attraction, you will be responsible for leading the execution and strategy of instrumental continuous improvement initiatives for the Talent Attraction organization. In this role, you will ensure Talent Attraction is able to effectively attract and engage diverse talent, reinforce SET (Strategy, Execution, and Talent) principles, and drive innovation, efficiency, and value across TA operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting, Analytics & Data Ownership
Own TA data integrity and reporting foundations, including Tableau dashboards, enhancements, and data audits. Deliver standard and ad hoc reports analyzing TA structure, SLAs, and KPIs to evaluate recruiter performance, along with executive-ready scorecards highlighting outcomes. Drive analytics that connect TA activity and spend to business decisions. Partner with HR Technology to enhance automation and reporting capabilities.

TA Finance & Budget Management
Oversee the Talent Attraction budget, including accruals, pre-paids, quarterly forecasts, and headcount adjustments in Oracle. Partner with Finance to ensure compliance, transparency, and informed decision-making. Monitor invoice timing, compliance, and manage chargeback investigations.

Executive Search Program (ESP) Project Management
Lead end-to-end oversight of the Executive Search Program, including dashboard and scorecard management, vendor performance, and relationship management. Manage forecasting, budgets, chargebacks, purchase orders, invoices, and Letters of Engagement. Drive continuous improvement and provide project management support.

Vendor & Contract Management
Manage the TA vendor ecosystem (e.g., LinkedIn, HireEZ, Metaview, Indeed, Glassdoor). Lead RFPs, onboarding, contract management, and performance reviews. Negotiate effectively while balancing market conditions, budget constraints, and TA needs, ensuring vendors deliver measurable value aligned with strategy.

TA Systems & Process Enhancements
Implement system enhancements including new processes, statuses, and features. Partner with SMEs and HR Technology to resolve issues and assess data impacts. Lead impact analysis on reporting and workflows, and drive improvements in demand planning and forecasting through data optimization. Maintain awareness of AI trends and adopt emerging automation tools.

People Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, coach, and develop project management team members. Establish clear expectations, accountability, and a high-performance culture. Balance urgent operational needs with long-term strategic improvements. Model executive presence and strengthen team capabilities in analytics, financial acumen, and stakeholder influence.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
Act as a trusted partner to TA leadership, HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams. Prepare executive-level materials for global meetings and decision forums. Proactively communicate insights, risks, and recommendations, influencing outcomes through strong relationships and data-driven storytelling.

 

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred). 
•    7+ years of experience in project management, operations, analytics, or TA-related roles. 
•    Experience working in a recruiting function with relative data.
•    Prior people leadership or program leadership experience strongly preferred. 
•    Experience supporting or operating within a recruiting or talent attraction function. 
•    Comfortable working with ambiguity in a global/matrix environment.
•    Working knowledge of HRIS, Financial, Procurement and Project Management systems (i.e., JIRA, ZOHO, SAP PR2, Success Factors, Tableau, Oracle) is preferred.  
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines.
•    Strong Stakeholder management and customer centricity capabilities.
•    Flexibility to work non-traditional hours with advance notice to aid various time-zones.
