Job Requirements

Responsabilidades

  • Responsable de ser el primer contacto para el equipo/proceso asignado para preguntas técnicas básicas o de rutina proviniendo de soporte técnico y/o entrenamiento cuando es necesario 
  • Responsable de fabricar y reparar herramientas de acuerdo a dibujo 
  • Soporte en la determinación de las operaciones de maquinado necesarias 
  • Responsable de fabricar tooling de precisión. 
  • Responsable de seleccionar los materiales adecuados para fabricaciones 
  • Responsable de asegurar que las fabricaciones cumplan con los estándares del dibujo 
  • Responsable de realizar el procedimiento de auto liberación dimensional de cada parte fabricada y/o retrabajada 
  • Responsable de reportar sus horas de labor en las órdenes de SAP Responsable de asegurar las 5S’s

What your background should look like

  • Escolaridad: Preparatoria o TSU
  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en maquinados convencionales preferentemente
  • Maquinas y herramientas convencionales y no convencionales
  • Uso de maquinas como torno, rectificadora, fresadoras
  • Set up
  • Fabricacion de herramientas
  • Lectura de planos
  • Diseño de piezas
  • Tolerancias geometricas
  • Soldadura Laser y TIG
  • Conocimiento de CNC
  • Electroerosion
  • Utilizar CAD/CAM CREO parametric
  • Manejo de instrumentos de medición vernier, micrómetro, medidores de altura, entre otros.
  • Conocimiento de dibujo tecnico
