TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST II/DATA ANALYST
Job Overview
TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

Talent Attraction Data Analyst

As a Talent Attraction Data Analyst, this is your opportunity to be at the intersection of data, analysis, hiring, and strategy that will make it possible for our teams to fulfill our shared goals.
In this role, you will own data analytics from beginning to end, and will build reports, compile metrics, and own ad hoc and trend analysis.
You will utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data and drive key recommendations. You will work with Talent Acquisition leadership to achieve business objectives and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
You will recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, analysis, validation, and documentation; and drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will provide analytical support for our LATAM Talent Attraction team, and review information for timely, meaningful, and actionable data that will drive proactive decision making.
Your analysis will contribute deeply to the development of our strategy and drive impact against our hiring objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Review operational dashboards and reports for both recruiting leaders and the businesses they support
• Creating and maintaining data visualizations that inform stakeholders on key metrics
• Conducting trend analysis to identify opportunities, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions
• Providing recommendations on organization health metrics based on data trends
• Developing programs, methodologies, and reports for analyzing and presenting data
• Acting as a SME for corporate recruiting tools, and providing necessary training to team members on the usage of these tools
• Performing regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of data/metrics • Performing complex data analysis across multiple systems to support both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requests
• Data mining key performance indicators to discover root causes
• Monitoring existing metrics, and identifying actionable risk signals
Job requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis (specifically for HR / Recruitment function)
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Experience with Excel
• Bachelor's degree in related field
