The Global Talent Acquisition team drives talent acquisition best practices across all Business Units and aspires to deliver best in class talent acquisition solutions. The Talent Acquisition Consultant, will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process supporting our businesses in the Mexico, covering different sites. In addition, the successful candidate will provide consulting to business unit on search strategies and manage or participate on project teams for staffing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, with an outgoing personality, high energy, ability to adapt to a changing environment, a strong process and organizational focus and a willingness to learn. This role will be functionally aligned to support our open positions across the various businesses based in Mexico
Responsibilities & Qualifications

Is a proven recruiter with experience managing high req volumes at either a fast-paced agency or within a large corporation.
Is experienced creating an effective recruitment strategy which includes sourcing passive candidates through networking, internal referrals, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM optimization and job posting practices.
Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers
Is a strong influencer and can effectively communicate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Shows accountability by measuring performance via hiring metrics.
Works with the highest degree of professionalism while maintaining a competitive spirit.
Be a driving force in building functional pipelines, developing recruitment approach and internal partnerships.
Learning business cycles and partnering with local HR Managers to anticipate future hiring needs.
What your background should look like:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum experience of 3 years of progressive responsibility.
Operational and technical recruiting experience working with High Volume Hiring
Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management and interview process management.
Ability in proficient English language. (must)
Success in consulting and managing key stakeholders during the full recruitment life cycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong clients focus with the ability to interface with and support hiring managers at all levelsLocation: Hermosillo, Sonora.
