Job Overview
Responsible for managing human and material resources, driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, increasing production standards, and reducing scrap. Promotes teamwork, training, and motivation of unionized personnel to achieve the objectives established by company management. Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S standards, and delivers safety and hygiene awareness talks to unionized personnel. Also responsible for preparing statistical reports to measure and control the manufacturing process.
What your background should look like
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Business Administration.
Experience in metal-mechanical and electronics manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Train new employees on safe equipment operation and correct adherence to procedures.
- Organize production priorities by analyzing executed hours versus planned hours.
- Identify efficiency issues, suggest corrective actions, and implement them in coordination with the corresponding teams.
- Control production quality and output volume.
- Implement additional production plans to ensure customer satisfaction while safeguarding the integrity and safety of the work team.
- Establish anti-routine exercise activities within the assigned work area.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules.
- Participate in TEOA events and hold communication meetings with team members.
- Strictly enforce company policies and safety guidelines.
- Evaluate the performance of direct reports and prepare reports to support personnel-related decisions within production activities.
- Develop, execute, and validate improvement plans aimed at reducing accidents, illnesses, disabilities, or fatalities in the work area.
- Ensure that team members possess the necessary competence to know, be able, and be willing to perform activities correctly from the start, preventing waste.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing (TEOA) events.
- Be available for reassignment to different production areas based on business needs.
- Conduct quality awareness talks with personnel.
