Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate through different supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support inventory management efforts, including forecasting, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and relationship management to ensure quality and reliability.
- Contribute to projects focused on enhancing customer service and satisfaction through effective supply chain practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with supply chain management software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced setting.
