JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Perform Sustaining Engineering functions in Hermosillo.                    
    Create 3-D Models, Create Engineering Change, Implement Drawing Changes, proficient with use of CAD systems (CREO preferred).
    Re-designs, engineers and modifies existing products from information or input provided by marketing, customers, development engineers or other personnel. Execute design documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), drawings, procedures, and accurately managing Engineering Change.
    Root cause and corrective action assistance on design related issues which have resulted in customer complaints, manufacturing, or supplier rejections.
    Maintains existing products, processes, and specifications including modifications for new applications consistent with manufacturing techniques.
    knowledge of connector components and materials in the aerospace industry.
    Exposure to test-lab environments and procedures.
    Product testing and validation, knowledge of product testing, validation plans, and experience analysis (FEA, Simulation, Design of Experiments).
    Must be a self-managed team player with superior time management skills.
    Proficient in communication skills as well as fluent in English.
    Training and supporting junior engineers regarding technical knowledge of product engineering.
