SENIOR SPECIALIST TALENT MGMT
Job Overview
TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships with Region HR Business Partners and build a strong understanding of their business.
- Provide thought leadership and consulting to Region HR to enable local implementation of global Talent Management programs. Topics include but are not limited to; organization effectiveness, talent management, change management, leadership development, engagement, I&D, and employee experience.
- Serve as a key liaison between the region and TM COE, ensuring feedback loops and continuous improvement.
- Use business insight to assess and diagnose business challenges and proactively design solutions aligned with local strategy and workforce needs.
- Design and facilitate leadership workshops.
- A change agent and role model to drive new technology adoption.
- Build the capability of HR team in the region through ongoing coaching and advisory support on GTM topics.
- Guide HR and Leaders in the assessment and development of talent to ensure we have a strong succession pipeline

What your background should look like:
- Typically requires a Bachelor degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
- Typically requires 8+ years of professional working experience in HR including a number of years of progressive experience as a talent partner or HR partner to a business. A background in manufacturing is a plus.
- Experience of leading talent initiatives to drive business outcomes (succession planning, performance management, leadership development, coaching)
- Hands-on experiences in leading talent initiatives that support business strategy.
- Experience of Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Employee Experience, Culture Transformation, and/or Coaching.
- Extensive experience in workshop design and facilitation.
- Fast and agile learner with a strong data and analytics mindset.
- Have a high level of interpersonal skills; process-oriented and detail-focused.
- Ability to work across cultures and navigate matrixed environments.
- Collaborative working style - ability to develop strong relationships with peers and teams across all levels to drive outcomes.
- Market intelligence to inform regional talent strategies.
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English are required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Expertise in OD/OE, and Strategic Workforce Planning are a plus.
- Certification in assessment tools such as DiSC / KornFerry Leadership Assessment and/or coaching are a plus.
