SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST III

Job Overview

This position is part of the Americas Industrial team with the mission to drive growth through data-driven decision-making. The Sales Operations Support will be responsible for several critical business processes to support the Industrial Americas organization, including Sales Incentive Planning and Management, management of master data hierarchies and attributes for the Sales Hierarchy and Customer Master records, and Ad Hoc sales analysis to support management initiatives.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities:
•    Systematize the reporting process ensuring data quality and process compliance across the functional teams.
•    Capture and coordinate timely and accurate updates to the sales hierarchy, customer coding attributes, and other critical databases.
•    Manage the annual sales incentive planning process, including target setting, territory analysis, actuals tracking, and participant education.
•    Provide analytical and reporting support to the Sales Operations team.
•    Recommend process improvements that will increase efficiency and drive revenue.
•    Approach tasks with a Continuous Improvement mindset, providing recommendations to optimize processes for greater efficiency.
•    Regional point of contact for salesforce.com administration

A key element of success for this role will be the ability to take large sets of data and reports, analyze, and provide insight, cause & effect, and key business indicators, while concisely presenting them to the organization for the purpose of influencing behaviors and business decisions. In addition, critical thinking and continuously challenging existing practices to drive impactful business results is expected. This position will play a key contributor role in the continued development of the sales operations team in the growth, responsibilities, and expanded contributions to the business. 
•    Bachelor's degree; Accounting, business, and marketing majors
•    Two years of work experience in a business-to-business setting is preferred
•    Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
•    Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Products desired (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Powerbi etc.)
•    Efficient and works intelligently, with the initiative to identify and take on critical projects, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Must be accountable and display a sense of ownership & integrity around reporting & analysis
•    Customer focused, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in sometimes emotional situations, team player, flexible and adaptable to changing conditions, positive and professional attitude
•    Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
