Job Overview

Ensure customer approval of finished parts, verifying their compliance with the required quality
specifications according to IATF 16949 and customer requirements.

Responsible for reassignment of PPAP requests in the Americas mailbox
 Creation and mastery of PPAP level 1
 Consultation of customer notifications in customer portals
 PPAP consultation in DSD  Upload PPAP approvals to DSD
 Report approvals received and PPAP sent as internal tracking
 Collect the elements of the PPAP
 Responsible for PPAPs of Interco clients and distributors
 Carries out actions to reduce environmental impact, as well as activities for compliance with the ISO14001 standard.
Authority to stop a process in which there is the possibility of harming the environment or/and that is outside environmental
legal compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 6 months of experience or equivalent as internship program
• Basic knowledge of customer portals 
• Basic knowledge of SAP 
•  Advanced English
• Problem solving 
• Knowledge applicable to the position in IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. 
• Knowledge of Safety and Environment Regulations and the environmental management system
  that apply to the company
