RESPONSIBILITIES
• As a Product Manager the employee is responsible for profitable sales growth, development of new business opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction, as well as aligning with the sales team on new business opportunities
• As a Product Manager of a Product Family, they are responsible for the product strategy for the assigned region
• Defining vision of the Product for Automotive Industry
• Prioritizing Product Features and capabilities
• Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product
• Understanding and representing user needs
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
• Product Margin retention & improvement
• Laying Product Volume & Revenue roadmap – Short Term & Long Term
• Understanding OEM & Tier-1 present & future, Technological Trends, Regulatory Trends in Automotive Industry
• To enable the VOC to be heard internally in such a manner that the company is able to manage product lifecycle from development to positioning & pricing
• Defining right level of prices to be offered to the customers
• Product Promotion, Product Marketing & business development in the market through collaborative approach by means of Tech days, Seminars,
• Collaborate with Human Resources to educate our segment Sales teams & Product Teams in all regions.
• In Total, the PM must be perceived as the Product Management’s champion within the TE organisation and has to ensure that TE is perceived as the primary supplier of choice by the customer.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
• BE/ B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical). MBA preferred
• Knowledge of MS-Office.
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 3yrs in a national role managing bigger customer accounts
• Good customer relationship management in a matrix organization and good exposure all automotive OEM’s, Tier-1s
• Exposure to Interconnection ecosystem (Harness makers, component manufacturer’s) .

• Proficient Product Management Skills
• Key stakeholder alignment: Developing relationships and partnerships with key customers,
• Building people capability: Training and mentoring Sales & Product team with the necessary skill set, assuring succession & workforce planning & organizational capability
LOCATION: Hermosillo, Sonora, MX. (Onsite)
TRAVEL: 10% to 25%
