Job Overview

Product Engineer I responsible for supporting product development, engineering changes, and technical solutions in a manufacturing environment. Works closely with engineering, quality, operations, and customers to ensure product performance and successful project execution.

What your background should look like

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related).
1-3 years of experience in product, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
Aerospace or connector manufacturing experience is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Manage engineering changes and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and program teams.
  • Investigate and resolve product and process issues.
  • Support new product introductions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
