Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Objetivo:

Asegurar los equipos auxiliares y preparación de materia prima para el correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas moldeadoras durante la producción y quick change over.

Responsabilidades:

Responsable de preparar los equipos auxiliares de material de resina
Responsable de preparación y cambio de resina durante el change over
Responsable de cumplir con check list de change over acorde a sus responsabilidades
Mantener las máquinas corriendo sin ocasionar paros ocasionados por falta de material (resina)
Responsable de solicitar resina cada vez que sea requerido
Cuando sea requerido, pueden cumplir con las actividades de un operador de producción de moldeo.

Apagar equipos que no se estén utilizando para el ahorro de energía contribuyendo al ISO 14001
Cumplir con las instrucciones para la segregación de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos.
Responsable de llevar a cabo la filosofía 5S´S en su área de trabajo.

Escolaridad: Preferente preparatoria concluida o técnico Mecánico-Electricista/Técnico en mantenimiento industrial, o carrera afín.
