Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Responsible for a small team of HR employees that provides GEOGRAPHICALLY BASED HR professional services to a client group of managers and employees at GM+4 and below.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ATRIBUTIONS:

•     Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: HR managers oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. They also handle offboarding activities, such as exit interviews and necessary paperwork and GLINT.
•    Training and Development: identify training needs, design, and deliver training programs, and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge within the HR organization.
•     Employee Relations: handle employee relations matters. Promote a positive work environment and ensure fair treatment of employees, involved in Tiers model in BU´s. Investigates and evaluates union complaints or disputes to determine viability.
•    Supports management in implementing established HR policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements supporting short- and long-term business needs.
•    Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Conduct employee surveys, analyze data, and recommend initiatives to improve employee experience, also coordinate town hall meetings with HR MX Team.
•    HR Compliance: ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. They stay updated on changes in employment legislation and implement necessary changes to policies and practices. Ensures compliance of TE’s practices with applicable labor legislation and collective labor agreements.
•    HR Data and Analytics: utilize HR systems and data analytics to gather and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee demographics. They use data to make informed decisions and provide insights to support organizational goals.
•    Mandatory Celebration Events per Contract: Ensure the BU is executing all the events regulated as per contract, working together with engagement squad.
•    Transportation and Cafeteria BID: Communication with union and contract compliance
•    Manage the services Squad.
•    Follow up the right execution of OneHR model across de HMO Sites.
•    Manages administration and implementation of various HR programs and policies such as recruitment, employee training and development, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal and recognition plans.
•    Works with managers to identify HR issues/problems and provides support solutions.
•    Applies the TEOA principles and tools to continuously improve HR processes and services.
•    Supervises, motivates, and assesses performance of a small team of HR professionals.
•    Support specific BU to attend requirements and promote good environment. (Auto)
 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor's degree or above; HR related major preferred.
  • Typically requires minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in HR environment and manufacturing Ind.
  • Typically requires minimum 3+ years HR Generalist/HR BP related experience, breadth of HR knowledge and skills in variety of fields.
  • Previous managerial experience may be preferred.
  • Must possess substantial knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices.
  • Bilingual Preferred (English Language)

Position located in Hermosillo Sonora.

Less than 10% time to travel.

No relocation badgered.
