Job Description: 

Job Overview

MFG & PROCESS TECHNICIAN I is responsible for supporting the design, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of new high-speed cable manufacturing projects. This role involves hands-on participation in production line debugging, pilot builds, and process validation. The technician documents process parameters, lessons learned and supports tooling readiness to ensure smooth product integration and scalable manufacturing.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Technical or Engineering degrees in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable or electronics assembly.
  • Knowledge of process validation, tooling design, and production ramp-up.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering specifications.
  • Experience with pilot builds, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong hands-on skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
