The logistic Analyst role is support CLS BU logistic data analysis. Drive logistic operation visualization, information & digitalization, support BU logistic operation by lean analysist, continue drive logistic performance improvement. This role will prioritize to cover the logistics activities in AMER region and support other region as needed.
What your background should look like
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years working experience in Logistics function
Strong sense on global transportation (operation/regulation) under all mode. Experience in Regional and Global Role, understand cross-region culture with smooth and effective communication.
Advanced knowledge on SAP / MS office tool
Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfilment
• Collaborate with TE Global Logistics (GLOG) and third-party logistics providers to monitor the logistics operation, ensure compliance, and optimize service levels and costs
• Evaluate vendor performance and take corrective actions as needed to maintain high service standards
• Monitor delivery performance and inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics to ensure operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with international regulations related to logistics, transportation, and supply chain management
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the logistics operations to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Implement best practices and industry standards to continuously improve logistics processes and procedures
• Work with internal data analytics team to develop dashboards to automate existing manual reports by using approved BI tool
• Hold close connection with BU supply chain team to share news/update from logistics perspective
