This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. As an Employer Brand / I&D Specialist you will be a key driver to achieve candidate pipeline growth and TE's overall Talent Attraction and Employer Brand goals, through working with internal and external stakeholders.
You will focus on implementing creative, results-driven strategies that reinforce our value proposition to prospective talent by building, creating and executing branding, social media and Inclusion and Diversity initiatives.

You will be a part of the Global Talent Attraction Inclusion & Diversity / Employer Brand team, and focus your efforts on the Latin America region (LATAM).

What your background should look like:


•    Act as a champion for TE’s Employer Brand and I&D focuses across the organization.
•    Be a driving force in building employer brand and giving it a strong, distinctive and consistent voice globally.
•    Maintain and optimize career site, jobs site and all employment branding initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.
•    Partner with TE Marketing, and Social Media Teams to enhance and maintain TE Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin Career Page sections, support our social strategy and ensure campaigns are tracked to produce metrics to monitor success rates.
•    Utilize internal and external partners to develop multichannel recruitment strategies and implement initiatives and programs to increase our connections with underrepresented groups.
•    Provide critical insights to drive diversity hiring and highlight the initiatives (intranet sites, corporate websites, email, etc).
•    Manage recruitment marketing campaign planning, calendars for the LATAM region.
•    Cooperate with Talent Acquisition leaders to interpret strategic staffing plans and translate into a robust marketing and sourcing plan.
•    Support global TE employment brand and I&D strategy with focus on driving engagement with key audience segments: Engineering & Product Management, University Relations/Early Talent. 
•    Development of Targeted Regional Sourcing Channels, Brand Abilities, and Recruiter & Sourcer Support Collateral.
•    Use data to prepare strategic employer brand and diversity hiring plans and corresponding accountabilities to realize measurable results.
•    Assist with development and execution of hiring programs and events ensuring alignment with global strategy and implementing and reporting on metrics to measure effectiveness of these programs


•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or other related fields.
•    3 years Employment Brand Experience, experience with I&D strategies across multiple regions (preferred).
•    Highly collaborative with ability to build consensus and forward momentum.
•    Vendor management experience in talent acquisition space, preferred.
•    A passion to tell stories derived from compelling data that creates actionable plans for diverse client groups.
•    Experience in using reporting tools such as applicant tracking tools and Microsoft Excel.

This is a remote position, travel less than 10%
