Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications and make recommendations for improving the inspection process.

Job Requirements

Objetivo:

Validar y garantizar que se cumplan las especificaciones de Cliente a través del monitoreo y seguimiento 
a las auditories del proceso o producto.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liberación de las líneas de producción para lograr el arranque seguro según los planes de inspección. 

    Validación y aseguramiento en el llenado del plan de inspección QIP/DQIP según aplique 

    Validación y retención de material producido según aplique 

    Validación de material usado en ordenes de producción según aplique 

    Validación de parámetros de línea o equipo según aplique 

    Validación de etiqueta de primera pieza según aplique

  • Participacion durante las incidencias de produccion

  • Auditorias

Requerimiento:

Carrera trunca o finalizada / Preparatori

Experiencia de al menos 1 año en Calidad

Conocimiento de procesos de Calidad

Equipos de medición (Vernier, medidor de altura, micrometro, entre otros)

Facilidad de palabra

Manejo de SAP (deseable)

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
