Job Overview

This regional HR Services position will be part of a global team who will have responsibility for overseeing end to end HR (including payroll and T&A) process & project related activity, documentation, training, tools and metrics
for the HR Services organization. This role will support the global teams in Mexico and South American countries. The role requires a passion for employee experience, an understanding of the employee lifecycle, the
ability to implement process transformation and create standard documentation, training, and metrics across the region.
The ideal candidate should be customer focused, detail oriented and an organized planner with a demonstrated ability to work across the regions to achieve success. The role needs relentless advocacy of customer pain points
and an inherent desire to challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities:
• Harmonize standard work and metrics across the regions for employee lifecycle processes (e.g. hire, promote, pay, retire etc.) agent training, communication and change management.
• Audit and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification of processes across their region within HR Services.
• Champion change management and prioritize areas of improvement
• Facilitate improvements through process mapping, root cause analysis, brainstorming, business impact assessments, gap analysis, cost/benefit analysis and project planning.
• Challenge stakeholders to maximize opportunities for process improvement initiatives.
• Implement methodologies and mindset to fix root causes.
• Execute standard mechanisms on audits and control to minimize risks.
• Develop and maintain project plans relating to improvement projects for their region, identify resource needs, manage project schedules.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders to achieve goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.
What your background should look like:
• Educated to degree level with emphasis in HR or Business or other related discipline.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Continuous improvement mindset – Kaizen facilitator certified is a plus.
• Experience of working with HR related technologies such as Success Factors, case management.
• Systems etc. an advantage.
• Strong professional and HR operational knowledge.
• Strong team player with a passion for working in a fast-paced Global HR team.
• Excellent communication skills - communicates with impact, motivates others, builds support, establishes trust.
• Delivers results: meets customer needs, manages execution, shows drive and initiative in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• English & Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
