Job Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise and guidance to drive HR initiatives that align with the company’s objectives. The HRBP is responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, improving employee engagement, supporting leadership development, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR programs across the organization. By working closely with various teams, the HRBP will deliver human resources solutions that contribute to business success and employee well-being.

What your background should look like

•    Bachelor's degree 
•    A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, business partnering, and strategic HR initiatives.
•    Proven experience in Training & Development, Internal Communications, and Employee Engagement.
•    Strong project management and organizational skills.
•    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans.
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
•    Ability to work cross functionally and influence leadership.
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

In-depth knowledge of NOM-035, Mexican labour laws and ISO Experience working with HRIS systems and HR software.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 

 

Responsibilities
•    Design and implement effective internal communication strategies to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment across all teams.
•    Develop communication content, channels, and campaigns that reinforce company values and business objectives.
•    Partner with leadership to deliver consistent, high impact messages that support organizational priorities.
•    Develop, execute, and monitor engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
•    Analyze engagement survey results, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
•    Foster a culture that values open feedback, recognition, collaboration, and employee contribution.
•    Organize and execute employee engagement events including team building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
•    Ensure that all events are aligned with corporate values and strategic goals.
•    Coordinate on site training activities and engagement events in collaboration with cross functional teams.


Training & Development
•    Lead training and development programs to strengthen workforce skills and capabilities.
•    Design, maintain and update the company-wide training matrix by position.
•    Coordinate corporate and role-specific onboarding, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper documentation.
•    Identify training needs and develop the annual training plan.
•    Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, regulatory, safety, and certification requirements related to training.
•    Maintain monthly dashboards, KPIs, and training indicators.
•    Manage training audits (STPS, IATF, ISO, C TPAT, etc.) and ensure proper documentation and records in TRESS.
•    Handle regulatory submissions and compliance procedures with STPS (DC 1 to DC 5).
•    Oversee control of training files, evidence, and skills matrices.
•    Collaborate with ERG (Employee Resource Group) leaders to support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
•    Promote participation, communication, and impact of diversity programs across the organization.
