HR BUSINESS PARTNER III
Job Overview
TE's HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.
What your background should look like:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in Human Resources, with a focus on training, coaching and organizational development of employees.
Spoken and written English.
Experience working with HRIS systems and HR software.
Experience in employee succession planning and organizational development.
Extensive experience in training and coaching
Strong project management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities
Organizational Development: Succession planning provide information on development opportunities and possible gaps in talent pipeline. Training plans.
Onboarding plan
Internal Communication: Design and implement effective communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
Engagement: Develop, execute and measure employee engagement strategies and initiatives. Analyze engagement survey results, identify areas for improvement and implement action plans. Foster a work culture that values open feedback, recognition and employee contributions.
Events: Organize and execute employee engagement events, including team building activities, employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives. Work with management to ensure events are aligned with the company's core values and business objectives.
Corporate Programs: collaborate with ERG leadership to ensure effective development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
HRIS (Human Resources Information System): Oversee the effective use of HR information systems to manage employee data, track performance and streamline HR processes.
